Our working days are Mondays-Thursdays, order processing time will take approximately take 1-2 business days (unless announced delays on our website); also 1-5 business days after a shipping confirmation has been received. Allow 24hrs for shipping details to update.
All orders placed after 4:00 PM EST on Mondays and Tuesdays will be processed the following business day, Thursdays orders after 3:00 PM EST will be processed on Mondays.
Orders placed on Fridays or non-business days will NOT be processed or shipped until the following business day.
Order Process
- Orders will be processed within 24-48hrs of receiving payment
- e-Check orders will be processed after 7-10 business days or once the electronic check has been cleared, with no exceptions.
- Shipping details and tracking confirmation will be emailed once the order has been fulfilled. Allow 24hrs for shipping details to update.
- We can not alter or modify your order once it has been placed

Standard Shipping in the U.S.
Shipping rates will vary on package weight and destination. All rates will be available during the checkout process before payment. Free Shipping in the U.S
All U.S. based orders valued at $50.00 & up will be shipped as USPS First Class Package. Allow 1-2 business days for processing; 1-5 business days after a shipping confirmation has been received.

Overnight Shipping
Overnight shipping is available for all U.S. orders via USPS Priority Mail Express.
Shipping will be made on the same day the order has been received. Please take note of the day and time when placing your orders.
Mondays and Tuesdays all orders must be placed before 4:00 PM EST
Thursday’s orders must be placed before 3:00 PM EST.
Any orders placed after our scheduled times will be processed on the next business day: Our working days are Mondays – Thursdays. Orders placed on Fridays will NOT be processed or shipped until the following business day.
International Shipping
International Shipping rates will vary on package weight and destination. Shipping rates will be available during the checkout process before payment. Allow 1-2 business days for processing; also 7-30 business days after a shipping confirmation has been received.

Orders may be subjected to additional delays in delivery, based on your local customs facility processing time. We cannot control or influence the processing time or determine when your package will be received. Please contact your local customs facility for additional information.
Note international orders may be subjected to customs and import fees. All fees will vary based on the country and the value of the purchase.
Unfortunately, we do not have any control or influence over these fees. The consumer will be held responsible for all customs and import fees.
We will not lower the value on the order or send it as a gift, with no exceptions.

Odacious Luxe will not be responsible for:
- Lost or Stolen Packages: In the event, you believe your package is lost or has been stolen please contact the shipping carrier immediately to start a claim. Be sure to have the tracking information and shipping address provided on the order, which will be helpful when initiating a clam.
- Carrier Damages/or Delays: Once the packaging has left the premises we are not liable for damages made by the shipping carrier. Delivery transit time will depend on destination, time, and day when the order has been placed.
- Undeliverable/or Incorrect Addresses provided by consumer: It's highly recommended to confirm your address during the checkout process. We will not be held responsible for inappropriate shipping information entered by the consumer at the time the order has been placed.
- Reshipping Fees: In the event the package has been returned to Odacious Luxe, and request for a reshipping. The consumer will be held responsible for the applicable fees assigned by the shipping carrier.
