Returns Policy
Due to sanitary/health precautions, we can not offer you a refund or exchange on lashes.
To be eligible for a return/exchange, you must contact us within 48 hrs of receiving your lashes. Your items must be UNUSED, UNOPENED, in ORIGINAL PACKAGING, and in the same condition that you received it.
Store Credit/Exchanges (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
We ONLY replace items if they have a manufacturing defect. We are NOT responsible for RETURNED SHIPPING costs.
If APPROVED, you'll receive store credit only. No refunds.
Sale items
ALL SALE items are FINAL & NON-REFUNDABLE; NO EXCEPTIONS.
Shipping/Lost or Stolen
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
We are NOT held responsible for lost/stolen packages; inaccurate address provided by the consumer or any delays made by the USPS.
